A perpetual feed of wet particulate material is dried in direct heat rotary dryers in the presence of hot air, while the particulate material transports along the interior of a rotary cylinder. The rotating shell acts as the conveying stirrer and device. Our rotary vacuum dryers are suitable for co-current (parallel) & counter-current operation. In the co-current operation, the wet materials are exposed to the hottest air. This is done to successfully make them heat sensitive or to dry-up the sticky materials. In the counter-current operations, to remove the moisture from the sticky materials, these materials are exposed in the hottest air.

Description

As per the heating mode, usually the drying ovens are available. These are available either in the form of electrically heated, thermal fluid heated or steam heated. Digital timer is provided in the electrically heated model, while digital temperature indicator is provided along with the thermal and steam fluid heated model.

We offer cable trays in two forms Perforated Type & Ladder type. These are fully of customized grade and are available in galvanized form, painted form & hot dip galvanized form. For performing light duty performance, the perforated type cable trays are very suitable. To mix dry powder & granules, these double cone blenders are considered very suitable and effective. These cone blenders are extensively used for cosmetic powder, food, chemicals. A cylindrical shell with two conical frustums is present in this blender. Openings are present for charging & discharging, Specially for discharging, butterfly valves are present in them. On a sturdy stand, the vessel is mounted with baring blocks and driven through a gear box that is coupled with motor.

A variety of flow rates & solid loading can be successfully handled and managed with the help of Pressure Nutsche Filters. These filters can be designed for pressures up to 300 psi (2068 kPa) or full vacuum. Fast & easy cake discharge are possible due to the presence of single and horizontal leaf and also enable these to represent service flows without any interruption. These can be also designed for dry and wash by providing the requisite connections.

Pressure Nutsche filters are suitable for pilot, lab and batch applications and easily filter carbon particles, salts and other dissipated particles.
