Redler Conveyors & Drag Chain Conveyors: They are well suited for high tonnage operations such as coal and mineral processing, or large-scale aggregate production. Single, double and triple deck arrangements are available. Standard screen sizes available very from 800mm x 1700mm to 1600mm x 6000mm in all three versions.

Scrapper Conveyors: These scraper conveyors operate under condition where floor undulations and snaking are unavoidable. Typical example are run of mine coal scraper conveyors operating at the coal face under long-wall mining methods.

Designed for optimum output, the rounded corners facilitate easy discharge and tapered ends to nest for shipments.These are suitable for conveying & elevating all types of products like grains, feeds, salt, fertilizers, sugar, cement, chemicals and all types of granular materials. It is available in a wide range including Belt & Chain type.

We can supply duly galvanized, epoxy coated, stainless steel, aluminium fabricated range, including bucket elevators with standard belting holes or without holes.

Jaw: This is generally used as a primary crusher for rock, ore, limestone, gypsum and other hard materials. Opening sizes range from 225mm x 100mm to 1000mm x 700mm covering capacity range of 1 TPH to 200 TPH. We manufacture both single and double toggle jaw crushers.

Hammer: A hammer mill is used either as a primary crusher to reduce material to minus 25mm or as a secondary crusher to reduce crushed product to minus 2mm size. As a primary crusher, it can handle asbestos rock, gypsum, phosphates etc. While as a secondary crusher, it is used for limes tone, gravel etc. Standrard sizes range from 500mm x 400mm to 1050mm x 1500mm giving a capacity upto 200 TPH.

Roll: Our standard range includes single roll as well as double roll crushers. A roll crusher is generally used as a secondary crusher which gives higher production with lower power requirement & is easier to maintain. The crushing surface (liners) may be smooth, corrugated,spiked or toothed. Roll diameter varies from 350mm to 1000mm & capacity depends on the width as also the type & configuration of the rolls.

Our range includes vibrating screens that have strong construction and circular motion characteristic. These features make them ideally suited to high efficiency, large capacity size separations. They are well suited for high-tonnage operations such as coal and mineral processing or large-scale aggregate production. Single, double and triple deck arrangements are available. Standard screen sizes available very from 800mm x 1700mm to 1600mm x 6000mm in all three versions. Our range includes circular and rectangular vibrating screens.

Vibrating Feeders: Our vibrating feeders are suitable for dry separation, dry classification and solid liquid separations.
