Carton Strapping Machines

AIMS presents Semi Automatic Carton Strapping Machine Model CSM-560-I to strap cartons, paper packages, wooden boxes, etc. using polyethylene plastic band which tightens & gets cut automatically.

Carton Strapping Machines is suitable for strapping cartons of various heights very quickly without the need for bothersome strapping tools & metal seals. When you place the carton on the table & pass the strap around it, the strap self-tightens, cuts & seals onto the carton automatically & is ready for the next carton.

Carton Taping Machines

AIMS presents Carton Taping Machines/ Carton Sealing Machines Model CTM-6050 is designed for closing uniform cartons (i.e. with same height and width) and is an excellent choice for any low to high volume closure needs. It widely used in home appliance, textile, food, general merchandise, medicine, chemical and so on.

The carton to be sealed is put on the in-feed rollers & given a gentle push, when the motorized conveyor takes over & starts pulling the carton forward. Here the top & bottom tape dispensers stick the BOPP type self adhesive tape onto the Top & Bottom flaps of the cartons simultaneously along with rollers pressing the tape for a tight seal.

When the taping is over, the cutter blades cut-off the tape & the sealed cartons passes through to the out-feed rollers for delivery. After the sealed box is discharged, it is ready for the next box. Also you can adjust the height and width for different cartons very easily.

L-Sealer With Shrink Tunnel

Automatic L-Sealer with Shrink Tunnel Model LST-400, which is a fully automatic, conveyorized L-Sealer and high-speed packing machine. The product is placed on the in feed conveyor from where it moves on to the sealing area.

A special hot knife sealing system has been used for perfect quality seal and cutting. Film perforators are provided so that machine can be used for non-perforated films also. Mini Vacuum Sealers

Mini Vacuum Sealer(MVC) Model MVS-280 is a compact, portable machine for manually vacuuming & sealing pouches of snacks, etc. & is very useful for shops, supermarkets, light packaging, etc.

OPERATION:

After inserting the pouch in the vacuum nozzle of the machine, the sealing jaw is pressed down & the bag is locked. Then on pressing the button, vacuum process (of pulling out air) starts. On completing of vacuuming, pressing the center bar completes the sealing.

Tray Wrapping Machines

Tray Wrapping Machines (TWM) Model -TWM-450 is useful for wrapping transparent cellophane type PVC stretch film on open trays & packets. This type of transparent packing makes the product look attractive as well as increases shelf life.

The contact parts of machine are made of SS & it is equipped with a Roller – to mount the Film Roll, a Cutter – to cut the film to size as per the tray dimensions & a Heater Pad – to seal the film under the tray, once it is stretched & wrapped.

APPLICATIONS:

Fruit, vegetables foodstuffs, sweet packing in trays. Also fish, seafood packing or any item that needs to be seen through the film wrap – to know its freshness. Machine looks good on department checkout counters, retail shops etc. where on-the-spot food / fruit packing needs to be done.
