Working Principle

• Moisture laden compressed air enters in to the moisture separator moves in cyclonic motion around the inner pipe.
• The direction of the compressed air is guided by the baffle plates ( fixed at angles).
• This compressed air impinges on the mild steel baffle, this separates the moisture from the compressed air.
• The moisture free compressed air enters through the bottom of the inner pipe and passes through 100 micron stainless steel mesh (fixed inside the inner pipe).
• Finally the compressed air which comes out is free from physical moisture ( up to 85% ) and also free from solid particles (up to 100 micron)
