Incepted in the year 1997, Air Control Systems is a name to reckon with and is indulge in the business of manufacturing and supplying low, medium and high pressure industrial fans & air pollution control equipment such as industrial centrifugal blowers, ID fans, FD fans, SA fans, tube axial fans, ventilation systems and many others. We are located in Pune, which is considered as the industrial hub of India.

Our mentor C. J. Yadav has years of experience of the operational area and he assist our team of technicians with his valuable knowledge. 			Infrastructure We posses state in art infrastructure that is spread in an area 10000 sq. Our manufacturing unit is equipped with modern facility for manufacturing, inspection and testing of equipment. Some of the machines that we use for production include : Lathe ARC welding Dynamic balancing machine Piller type drill machine These machines enable quick turnaround time and helps in supplying bulk orders within stipulated time frame. Also, all the machines are inspected periodically so that necessary calibrations can be performed. Also we ensure that a dust free environment is maintained that helps in safeguarding the efficiency and health of the employees working with machines.

			Quality We have adopted quality as not just another objective however it has become our essential strategy for future growth. All the equipment that we supply passes through strict quality tests and is manufactured under the supervision of quality analyst. To ensure that the products are flawless, we conduct several quality tests like : We inspect fans to determine the volume flow rate, pressure they deliver, electrical data and the noise level in order to establish their characteristic curve. The characteristics of fan are obtained by plotting conjunction of values obtained from the test on two axis co-ordinates. The values received from the test are plotted on graph. And the curve obtained will represent all the possible points of operation of the fan. We can see how the volume flow rate (V) depicted on the x-axis decreases as the static pressure (P) increases, on the Y- axis with a maximum volume flow rate being obtained when static pressure is 0. We can therefore see that the volume flow rates, it can develop depending on the pressure required. We also conduct noise level test. Due to the displacement of air in the movement of the impeller at a given speed the fan makes a specification noise. The values are determined by using measurements of the sound power. We can also arrange third party inspection.
