Aerofoil aluminium air damper, leaves hosed in sturdy powder coated MS Box with ABS linking arrangements for smooth operation to suit auto control activator. The linking arrangements are designed for opposite blades operation to precise control of air flow.

Our manufactured axial flow fan is suitable for large volume of air at high pressures. The impellers of the axial flow fan are made from aluminum alloy die-casting and specially designed for high efficiency and high static pressures. The blades are site  adjustable. The different range of high efficiency axial flow fan starts from 600 mm to 1600 mm.

For textile industries especially textile mills, where heavy dust and fiber fly  can have an impact on the quality of the yarn, there is a need for rotary drums filter, which are fitted with high filtering efficiency and require low maintenance factors. The automatic rotary drum filter that we manufacture is made from perforated MS sheets. The drive for the drum filter is attached with 0.5HP gear motor while the suction nozzle is connected with 5HP high pressure suction fan and the dust, which is removed from the filter, is colleted in the collection bag. A synthetic filter media is fixed on the surface of the rotary drum to give high filtering efficiency and less pressure drop in the textile mill.

Air diffuser spreads the air uniformly from the supply air duct. We manufacture air diffusers are made from GI/MS/SS, which are duly powder coated for better appearance and durability. Our air diffusers are designed with perfection and are available in all ranges of finishing and are suitable for all kinds of application in different industries.

We manufacture and supply a wide range of air washer systems, which are largely used in textile factories , Textile  mills and offices .Our varieties of air washers have single or multiple bank spray systems to suit high saturation efficiency. The air washers are available with high pressure fogg nozzles that have high pressure pumps, which save power to 50% in conventional type. They have heavy duty rigid PVC piping to avoid corrosion. The spray nozzles of the air washers are made in ABS/Poly Carbonite Materials with S S orifice and S S Clamp for easy maintenance.
