We are engaged in manufacturing & supplying of anti-pollution equipment. These anti-pollution equipment’s are manufactured with very high quality material which are considered most advanced and custom engineered equipment. And these are fabricated as per industrial standards to cater to the exact requirements of clients. These are well known for durability, minimum maintenance and easy installation. There are various types of equipment which we provide to our customer like paint booths, pulse jet filter units, axial flow fans, cyclone separators etc.
|
| Paint Booths We bring you innovative paint booths used for spray painting in various industries. These paint booths are used to increase the efficiency of the operator and prevent corrosion. Tese paint booths are available with us in different sizes according to the type of usage. We present you the following types of booths: - Dry Type Booths
- Water Back Booths
- No Pump Booths

Pulse Jet Filter Units We offer you a wide range of Pulse jet filter units available in different sizes and filter bag configurations, designed to handle the dust collecting jobs. These are highly efficient units consisting of a bag house comprising of filter bags with the supporting cage ventures, hoppers for the collection of the dust, header air distribution pipes, pulse valves and centrifugal fans. The filter module is perfectly designed around a seal frame forming a plate and a number of filter cartridges are inserted into a series of parallel slots on this very plate.
| Cyclone Separators We have designed quite cost-effective and highly efficient cyclone separators, that find their usage in dust collection. The unit basically consists of a cylindrical and a conical portion. Dust and debris are sucked in at the top. Air containing fine dust blows out of the other side of the top, while the chips and large dust particles fall out of the bottom into a drum or a bin. The unit makes use of the centrifugal force for the separation of the particles. The process leads the heavy particles to the bottom thus making the air lighter to escape from the top. |
Roof Exhausters We offer you specially designed roof exhausters for an efficient ventilation in the humid and hot workspaces. They are available in various capacities having high volume sweeping actions to assure removal of humid air. The body of the exhauster is made up of MS and has an impeller directly connected to the motor.
| Centrifugal Blowers Our centrifugal blowers are specially designed for an efficient functioning and come in a variety of sizes. These centrifugal blowers comprise of housing, impeller and drive arrangements. The housing consists of a sheet iron with circular inlet and rectangular outlet. The impellers precision balanced for a smooth vibration less operation. These blowers are fabricated in M.S., Stainless Steel, Aluminium, etc., depending upon the kind of usage. Apart from the usual material these can also be made from various other coatings like F.R.P, Hot dip, Galvanising, Epoxy, etc. |
Pressurizing Units We bring you remarkable pressurizing units that can be used to purge systems having dry gas in order to prevent condensation or moisture build up. The pressure is continuously monitored by an optical pressure gauge and a positive pressure is created inside the workspace in order to prevent the dust from entering inside.
| Tunnel Ventilation We have developed good quality tunnel ventilation that assures an efficient exhaust system. The unit consists of axial impellers that deliver large quantitied of air at high pressures. The tunnel ventilation systems consists of either a single impeller or two impellers having a varied blade width. |
Wet Scrubbers We offer you dynamic wet scrubbers to remove aerosols and gaseous pollutants from an air stream. Our scrubbers make use of high energy liquid sprays which help in the removal of the gases either by absorption or by a chemical reaction. Apart from gaseous removal our scrubbers can also be used for air cleansing and dust collection. Wet scrubbers literally wash dust and particles out of the air. Exhaust air is forced into a spray chamber, where fine water particles cause the dust to drop from the air stream. The dust-laden water is then treated to remove the solid material and is often recirculated.
