SPECIFICATIONS – FEATURES OF AIR SHOWER:

• Filter- HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) type, PSL challenged, zero probed. Minimum efficiency of 99.99% at 0.3 microns. HEPA filter mounted on exit side of shower in top section.
•  Prefilter - Bonded polyfiber media minimizes surface-loading. Low wall return to HEPA filter at top unit. Quick release grille.
•  Airflow -Air velocity at nozzle is minimum 6000FPM. 360 degree adjustable air nozzles
•  ü Motor/blower compartment has hinged access panels.  Return air plenums are painted.
•  Door interlocks operate on magnetic system.  .
•  Anodized aluminum doors with clear toughened glass windows. 5-30 second adjustable operation.
•  Electrical & Power Requirements -  230V or 415V, 3 Ph. - Junction box on side & bottom for power supply.
•  Motor/Blower Assembly - High efficiency motors to reduce electrical load. Motors thermally protected. – Motors / Blowers are selected to maintain constant required airflow rate up to twice the initial static pressure.
•  Lighting -Recessed 2 pin fluorescent lighting. 30w.
•  Controls - Shower operation controlled with Emergency off / button with audible alarm installed inside shower. Built-in relays from motors, locks and timers. Sequential operation

 Material of Construction:  All Air Showers are available in the following materials of construction depending upon customer’s choice.

• Wooden with laminated finish sheet
• G.I. with Powder Coated finish
• Fully Stainless Steel with satin finish (Gr-304 / Gr-316)
