ADITYA Irrigation has installed Batten Field Kolsite make Extruder for manufacture of High Density Polyethylene Pipes (HDPE Pipes) of various Pressure Ratings for various applications by using virgin grade materials. These pipes are available in coil form and standard length of 6mts. depending on sizes and as per customer requirements. We ensure Quality responsibility and performance of our products with best House Keeping Facilities. We also have full fledged Laboratory at our works to maintain the product quality and standards.
HDPE Pipes are manufactured from Grade material PE-63, PE-80, PE-100 supplied by M/s. GAIL (India), M/s. Reliance Industries and M/s. Haldia Petro Chemicals. These Pipes are better substitute for Metallic and Non-Metallic Pipes like CI, GI, AC, RCC and MS, as HDPE Pipes are light in weight, has got high flexibility and toughness, and they are chemically inert, corrosion resistant, resistant to abrasion and environmental stress with low thermal conductivity. It is also frost and rodent resistant with hygienic safety with easy and quick installation.
HDPE Pipes are generally made black in colour by addition of Carbon Black to protect from ageing and degradation due to ultraviolet sunrays.
HDPE Pipes are of low cost and high performance and are used for various applications like Potable Water Supply, Irrigation / Agriculture, Sprinkler Irrigation System, Suction & Delivery for Pump Sets, Tube wells, Gas Transmission, Industrial Effluents, Sewerage and Drainages, Slurry Transportation and in Chemical Industries.
HDPE Pipes are used in petro-chemical dyestuff, paints, rayon and fertilizers, handling saline water, sea water air conditioning, hydro transport systems ¿ cement, coal, sand slurry, other abrasive slurries of iron ore and fly ash. HDPE Pipes are also used in water & wastewater treatment plants / corrosive and reclaimed water.
As HDPE Pipes are frost and rodent resistant with hygienic safety, these are used for conveying edible oils, fruit juices and pulps, milk and other food materials, air conditioning and swimming pool piping. HDPE Pipes are chemically inert, corrosion resistant, used for conveying acids, alkalis and other highly corrosive chemicals (chemical & process piping). |
