Product ApplicationRockwool Mattress (L.R.B)
LRB mattresses are used for Hot Insulation to Conserve Energy. It helps to maintain temperature and prevent condensation in process Industries. It also reduces noise levels when applied on such Machine & Buildings . L.R.B also provides human safety from Hot/Cold Parts. LRB mattresses are mainly used for Boilers, Equipments, E.S.P. Ducts, Ovens, Furnaces, Tanks, Pipe Lines, Distillation Towers, Chemical Vessels etc.
Rockwool Slab
The excellent Thermal resistance of Rockwool slabs is a major factor for their use in Residential, Industrial, Pipe & Process Insulation. Lower density materials are used for in- l^se applications like under deck insulation, airconditioning duct insulation, sound proofing of auditoriums, Conference halls etc. Higher density Slabs are used for high temperature applications likeFurnaces, Ovens, Cable Ducts, Autoclaves, Chimneys etc.
Rockwool Pipe Section
Rockwool SPI is used on both hot and cold piping to conserve energy, maintain, process temperatures, provide' personnel protection, prevent condensation, and to reduce noise emission
Rockwool SPI should be retained by wire or metal bands in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, and protected if required by metal cladding, mastic or other suitable coating.
