Established in 1989, we, at Ajanta Associates, have been handling the entire Marketing, Sales and Services, Institutional sales  operations of the Ajanta group of companies. After successfully carrying out the marketing operations for over a decade, the company was re-incorporated as Ajanta Associates Pvt.Ltd., in 2000.

Acting as a common marketing platform for all the products manufactured by  the Ajanta group of companies in India, we have been handling a whole range of products catering to different segments such as Wall Clocks, Electronics, Electrical, Tiles, Consumer Products, Mobile and Home Appliances.

Over the last two decades, we have been focusing on various channels of promotion and developing comprehensive integrated programs to build the reputation for the brands of the Ajanta group.

Backed with 20 years of successful  marketing experience we have harnessed the power of skilful marketing techniques and gained a reputation in the industry.

The humble journey of “Ajanta” which began in way back in 1971 in a small town in Gujarat, India, as “Ajanta Transistor Clocks Manufacturing Company” manufacturing  “Transistor Clocks” under the brand name of “Ajanta”.
Expanding our operations slowly and steadily we have evolved into one of the reputed business groups in the country today. Over the years we have spread our wings and currently managing three manufacturing companies:  Ajanta Limited, Ajanta Manufacturing Limited and Ajanta India Limited.

Ajanta Limited

After gaining our leadership in the market with “Ajanta Quartz” analog clocks, we forayed in to manufacturing Alarm Time Pieces under the brand name of “ORPAT” and consolidated our operation under the name of “Ajanta Limited”.
Today Ajanta Limited, has emerged as the world’s largest clock manufacturer and marching ahead. The company has been manufacturing a wide range of products in different segments such as: Clocks, Telephones, Calculators,
Time  pieces, Electrical Switches & accessories and Educational Toys under the brand name of “ORPAT”
Ajanta Limited, has also entered into manufacturing of Home Appliances with a full range of products like Irons, Water Filters, Water Dispensers, Water Purifiers, Water Sterilizers, Room Heaters, Table Fans, Wall mounting Fans, Pedestal Fans, Water Heaters, Mixer Grinder, Kettle, Emergency Lights, Ice Shaver, Air Coolers and many more.
An ISO-9002 and CE Certified Company, today we are manufacturing around 100 models of Wall Clocks, 40 models of Timepieces, 25 models of Telephones, 30 models of Calculators and 3 different varieties of Educational toys in 6 different colours. Besides having nationwide presence, we export our products to over 45 countries.
Ajanta Manufacturing Ltd

Set up in 1994, “Ajanta Manufacturing Limited”, has been manufacturing Digital Clocks under the brand name of “Ajanta”, CFL Bulbs, Tube lights, Power Saver Unit and Vitrified Tiles under the brand name of “OREVA”.

We have emerged as second largest company in India in terms of sales volume of CFLs. Our CFL plant has a current daily production capacity of approximately 200,000 units.

In 2006 we forayed in to vitrified tile productions to provide a low-cost, better quality flooring alternative for the Indian consumer market.  We produce vitrified tiles in a number of hues and designs and our vitrified tiles plant is the largest in India in terms of installed manufacturing capacity in the country.
Our “OREVA Power Savers” units are  well recognized both in city centers and small villages. Our products simply speak for their  value and quality.
We have an India-wide distribution network for each of our products. We export our CFLs to the United Arab Emirates and our vitrified tiles to the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Iraq and the West Indies.

We have commenced the productions for the state-of-the art E-Bikes, under the brand name of  “OREVA E-Bike” and planned to launch our E-Bikes initially in Western India and in a phased manner in the rest of India.

AN IS0 9001-2000 Certified company, Ajanta India Limited was established in 1971. The company has been engaged in manufacturing process and other allied activities.

The company increased its manufacturing and operational capacities and forayed in to manufacturing of FMCG, Electronics and Electrical appliances with the latest being Mobile Phones. Our wide range of electronics products comprises of DVD Players, LCD Monitors, Laptops besides Mobile phones incorporating the state-of–the- art technology, we have been offering these products at an affordable price.
