Chlorinated Paraffins (CPs) & Chlorinated Paraffins Wax are straight-chain hydrocarbons that have been chlorinated. Chlorinated paraffins are classified according to their carbon- chain length and percentage of chlorination, chlorination from approximately 35% to greater than 70% by weight. Chlorinated paraffins are made by chlorinating paraffin fractions obtained from petroleum distillation. These hydrocarbons are reacted with chlorine resulting in chlorinated paraffins of different carbon chain lengths with varying degrees of chlorination. Thus chlorinated paraffins are a group of complex chemical substances and are manufactured in batch process.

Properties:

• Contain 30-70% chlorine
• Largely inert
• Almost insoluble in water
• Have extremely low vapor pressure
• Available in low to extremely high viscosity

We import the Heavy Normal / Normal Paraffin on a regular basis : Hydrocarbons Aliphatic N-Paraffin or ISO Paraffin or Mixture of both(Any cut in between C9 to C30) Quantity Requirement: 15000 to 20000 Tons / annum.
