The
range of panel AC or chillers we offer are used to protect the
electronic components of cabinets against dust, humidity and heat.
They also assure trouble free operations of costly equipments.
Principal
of Operation Our
range of panel AC chiller utilizes closed loop design to maintain
clean and cooled air in electronic control panel. In order to achieve
this, two entirely separate air circulation circuits are provided
with our range of products.
One
circulation circuit sucks hot clean air from top of electronic
control panel AC and after passing it across evaporator of panel, air
conditioner becomes cool and dehumidified. Same cool and dehumidified
air is supplied to electronic control panel from bottom of the panel
AC.
The
second circulation circuit make use of ambient air to remove heat out
of condenser of panel air conditioner by pushing it across condenser
and then to the atmosphere from top of panel AC. These two air
circuits are separated by a partition of panel air conditioner, to
ensure closed loop design and to keep electronic components of
control panel away from dust and humidity present in the area.

Air
Cooled This
is made up of aluminum fins with inner groove copper tubes.
Water
Cooled These
are tube-in-tube type of water cooled condensers, which are used when
the temperature is in the range of 55° c or more or when the
environment is very dusty and corrosive.
