Components :

• Cast aluminum base with an iron stand on which moves an aluminum arm.
• A 15cm dial fixed on this arm and a brass rod sliding through the lower portion of the arm.
• A needle with weight fitted to the brass rod. The dial is graduated from 0-400 in one tenth millimeter sub division.
• Complete with adjustable penetration needle, needle holder, sample container, transfer dish and weights – 50gm & 100gm

Concrete Permeability Apparatus is used for testing the water permeability of concrete. High pressure permeability test are conducted on various sizes of specimens by different cells. Herein, Cell is available with a top plate and funnel fitted at the bottom that comprises gasket seals held in position by various nuts &bolts. The concrete specimens are sealed inside the cell to avoid any leakage beside the side walls. Each unit is available with test pressure gauge of 0-15kg/cm² and chamber pressure gauge of 0-20kg/cm². As a result, pressure can be applied using any available pressure line at the compressor or site. It can be supplied without compressor and glass bottles. The various models available with us are:

Consolidation Test Apparatus is a Single Cell or Three Cell Model used for the consolidation of soil. Major Components :
It consists of a high quality loading frame with a capacity of 20 kg/cm² having a loading yoke and lever arm which gets complete with counter balancing adjustments. A immovable ring consolidation cell for a 60mm diameter x 20mm thickness specimen, with two porous stones, cutting ring, pressure pad, and acrylic tube water reservoir consisting tubing and connectors are provided. A set of weights is available to offer a stress of 10 kg/cm² on a 60mm diameter specimen. It is offered complete with a dial gauge 0.01 x 25mm travel.

It is used for determining ductility of shaped asphalt/cement or semi-solid bitumen. Components :
The machine consists of a moving carriage that moves over a lead screw. An electric motor driven reduction gear ascertains trouble-free and constant speed enabling continuous operation. The whole assembly is mounted by a stainless steel water bath completely enclosed in a metal housing having glass wool insulation. It is equipped with an electric pump circulator and a heater. Herein, the temperature is controlled thermostatically. The machine is fitted with three ductility molds and has two rates of travel; 10 mm & 50 mm.

iquid Limit Apparatus is especially designed to determine the liquid limit of soil. It is also used to determine the plasticity index of soil. Liquid Limit is a specific water content at which a definite part of soil is cut by a groove of standard dimension that will flow together up to a distance of 1.25cm under air impact of around 25 blows in a that standard Liquid Limit Apparatus. 

The specifications of a Liquid Limit Apparatus Are :

• A brass cup held on adjustable brackets.
• Grooving tools along with a 10mm gauging block to adjust the height of the blow.

• 150 mm dia. X 2250 cc volume mild steel mould with base plate & collar and 4.89 kg x 450 mm controlled fall steel rammer.

a Slump Test Apparatus is used to determine the consistency of freshly mixed concrete. It comprises of slump cone with top dia. of 100mm, bottom dia. of 200mm & height 300mm.
