Synchronizers For Texturising Machines

 | Ajinkya Electronic Systems offers electronic control system or synchronizers for texturising machines replacing the bulky mechanical gears and timing belt assemblies. Electronic control gives more precise speed control as well as flexibility to change the Drive ratios as and when required which is not easily possible in case of mechanical assembly. Yarn Length Control System

 | We provide yarn length control systems. ALC - 2000 controls the length of yarn wound on a spindle on an Assembling Winder FM. It senses the engaged / disengaged condition of the spindle, counts the length of the yarn being wound and disengages the spindle as the set length is reached. These yarn length control systems, ALC-2000 provides user following additional facilities: - ALC has big backlit LCD display to show system status and programme various parameter
- Parameters like Spindle status, yarn length, yarn speed can be monitored on LCD screen
- It has dustproof membrane keypad for setting various parameters
- ALC can generate production reports for each Shift. These reports can be printed on 80 column printer. It can store reports for 18 shifts. Thus with 3 shifts per day, one weekly off, production information for one week can be stored
- System can be expanded to handle upto 156 spindles
