Electroplating

Our range of IM 2501 ampere meter is provided with a set point to control the rectifier. When a certain amount of charge is passed through the bath, meter operates a relay. Further, this relay can be used to directly cut off the rectifier or alternately to alert the user about completion of the job.

IM2501 is one of the most common models meant for measurement of charge through electroplating bath. This model receives direct input from an external shunt and calculates the charge through circuit immediately.

Features of IM2501 are as follows:

• Ampere Hour / Ampere Minute selection

Our range of IM 2502 ampere hour/minute meter is a step ahead of the model IM2501. Apart from the regular counting of ampere hour/minute or seconds, it has an additional totalizer. The totalizer is crucial for electroplating applications as it monitors the bath concentration and decides upon addition of chemicals. Regular features of IM2501 such as preset setting and relay output are available with this model also. Moreover, there is an additional counter for total AH (ampere hour) or AM (ampere minutes) flowing through the circuit. Some of the pertinent features of the product are mentioned below:

Our range of IM 2503 models offers complete electroplating control for the users. This ampere hour meter provides two relay outputs in order to control the addition of chemicals like additive and brightener. During the process, as more and more charge is derived from the bath, its net concentration decreases. Here, the totaliser count indicates exactly how much charge has been drawn from the bath. After analyzing this count, the ampere hour could be set subsequent to which the chemicals are supposed to be added.

TE2504 is a ready to use stand alone panel which is a step ahead of IM2501, IM2502 and IM2503 which are basically panel mount instruments which need to be fixed in the rectifier or an independent panel. If required, all the previous models can be fitted with TE2504 module. Features of this model are mentioned below:

Our range of IM2509 model ampere hour meter is provided with three control relay outputs to facilitate addition of three chemicals. It should be noted that this feature is improvement over the IM2503 model which offers two control relay outputs to control addition of two chemicals.

IM2513 Master Slave Ampere Hour Meter for Doser Control (Master/Slave Unit)

This model is suited for plants where multiple jobs are being carried out by utilizing independent rectifiers in the same bath. Our range of IM2513 models is a master controller which is connected to multiple IM2502 ampere hour meters and hence adds to the totaliser counts of such ampere hour meters. Further, depending upon the net count, it controls two doser relay outputs to add chemicals like additive and brightener to the bath. Features of this product are listed below:

• 6 digit ampere hour display
