varacure p is water based acrylic emulsion specially selected for its water retention properties. when applied at the correct application rate, the dried film is colourless. This product is specially formulated for use under severe hot conditions like in kuwait and the gulf regions.

varaseal ss is an aqueous solution of sodium silicate modified with wetting agents and other additives. the blend of active ingredients reacts with the free lime in the concrete. This produces hard insoluble salts sealing, dust proofing and hardening the floor surface in one operation

varasil is a single component penetrating oligomeric silane-siloxane system which penetrates deep into porous substrates and then reacts to produce a bonded hydrophobic lining to the pores. Varasil is available in 2 grades:

• varasil sb: solvent based
• varasil wb: water based

varaprime ep-10 is a solvent free epoxy resin system blended with fine inert fillers. It is supplied as a two component material in pre-weighed quantities ready for on-site mixing and use.

varatard mf is a non-flammable, water based, pigmented surface retarder. There are two versions available for this product. Mild or standard based on the extent of retardation that may be required.

varatard tf is an aqueous spray applied topface surface retarder for concrete.

varashine 100 is a solvent based acrylic resin system. This product has specifically designed by us for providing good gloss to designer tiles.

VARABOND SBR is a highly concentrated styrene butadiene polymer emulsion blended with a set of special auxiliary chemicals. With inherent resistance to hydrolysis, it can be used for indoor as well as outdoor applications.

VARACRETE LM-011 is a specially formulated liquid polymer emulsion. This product is recommended to be as an additive for thin bed mortars in installing tile, paver, brick, marble and stone. These mortars are suitable for interior and exterior use over concrete as well as masonry type surface. VARACRETE LM-011 is also suitable for application which will be subject to continuous underwater immersion such as swimming pools, fountains etc.

VARACRETE LM-022 is a water resistant low viscosity SBR latex emulsion modified with auxiliary agents and is used to improve the water and chemical resistance of cementitious mixes made at the local job sites.

VARABOND OTA, VaraBond PVA, Varitile FX01, Varitile Grout, Varitile EP01, Varcrete 100 and Varcrete LM033 are the other products available in this category.

VARADEX Premium is an in-depth cementitious waterproofing compound. It consists of grey portland cement and specially treated quartz and is blended with a wide range of active chemicals.

VARADEX Regular is a surface-applied material designed to provide waterproofing and in-depth protection to concrete. This product is used in conjunction with Varadex Premium for general water proofing. It can also be used on its own when treating concrete block work.

VARASHIELD 20 is supplied as a ready to use two component product consisting of a dry powder mix (part a) and a specially formulated liquid polymer (part b).

VARAPROOF IWP Powder is a powder based admixture specifically designed as a blend of surface active waterproofing aids and integral synergistically active chemicals.

VARAPROOF IWP Liquid is a chloride-free waterproofing plasticizing admixture which functions by forming an internal barrier against water penetration in concrete. This product is used primarily for production of reinforced concrete used in structures that are subject to high stress and where waterproof concrete and mortars are required.
