We own a sound infrastructure facility that helps us to dispatch orders successfully within predetermined time period. Our well-equipped production wing has empowered us to produce a capacity of 8,00,000 pieces. We emphasize immensely on minute things such as needle, thread, color, yarn used and texture etc. We have personified modern day technology in our manufacturing unit that has resulted in improving the overall quality of our garment line.

- Compacting machine
- Stenter machine
- Dyeing plant
- Bleaching plant
- Yarns and fiber dying plant
- Feed of the arm
- Double needle machine
- Cutting and sewing machines
Additionally, our embroidery and knitting units namely as M/s Akchaya Designs with 20 heads ably produce 2500 pieces at once and M/s. Akchaya Cotton Knits encompasses six imported machines that are capable to manufacture 3600 kgs.
