Quality Assurance
An ISO and BIS certified firm, we are known for offering superior quality range of electrical porcelain insulators that are durable and safe to use. Our integrated approach to total quality management (TQM), helps us to offer a range that facilitates smooth transmission and distribution of electrical power. Every insulator is subjected to series of routine test. acceptance test and type test as per 731/1971, iec 384. These tests are conducted at our well-equipped test laboratory.
Maintaining quality every stage, we lay immense emphasis on packaging process. We make use of best quality packaging material that is most suitable for packing of electrical porcelain insulators. Packing material used include wooden crates, grass packing, corrugated box, gunny bags etc. |

Infrastructure
To successfully cater to the growing requirements of electrical porcelain insulators, we are constantly maintaining and upgrading our manufacturing plant, ensuring it is functionally viable. Our manufacturing unit is spread across an area of 9000 Sq meter that has an installed capacity of 4500 mt per year. It is well-equipped with latest machinery and tools that are essential for quality and economical production. Some of the machines used in production processes are as follows:
• Classified vibrating screens
• Batch weighing system
• Pneumatically controlled filter presses
• Vertical lathes
• Fixing tables and steel curing chambers etc |
