Carbon Brushes
The Carbon Brushes developed by us, have high hardness, material strength and pronounced cleaning action that provide longer brush life under severe operating conditions. These brushes may not commutate, that is reverse the direction of (an alternating electric current) each half cycle so as to produce a unidirectional current.
The grades of these Carbon Brushes are limited to lower current densities and are used on slower machines, particularly those with flush mica commutators. These brushes generate high friction.

The Electrical Springs have close-wound, power spring, structure, consisting of a strip of spring-tempered material wound on an arbor and restrained in a cylindrical case. Copper Braided Strips & Commutators
Copper Braided Strips & Ropes
These Copper Braided Strips and ropes are highly flexible, and the similar cross section can be maintained by changing their dimensions. We can fabricate these Copper Braided Strips & Ropes in desired braided flexibility.
These flexible Copper Braided Strips & Ropes are developed for diverse application viz. Copper Flexible Connectors, Motor Brush Leads, Circuit Breaker Shunts, Flexible Bus Bars, Ground Strap & others.
Commutators
We offer different standard commutators, available from stock or with short lead times for repair applications or prototypes. These have unique construction design with no moulding compound between the copper segments and the steel reinforcing rings. These are insulated by a polymer film of hundred mm depth.

Terminal Blocks
The Terminal Blocks designed by us specifically meet distinct needs. The distinguished features, viz. easy circuit marking, have a write-on marking surface, mounting dimensions are provided with each unit & wire ranges and tightening torques are labeled on the product to simplify installation.
We offer terminals with three styles of power blocks like:

Slip-Ring Commutator
The Slip-Ring Commutator, devised by us are precision instruments, that can be rebuilt or repaired for a fraction of the original cost. We can also provide customized input/output cables (standard or pre-amplifier types), break out boxes, electrode selector interfaces, momentary stimulation switching units etc., with our slip-ring commutator.
These are available with up to 32 impedance and matching preamplifier channels mounted at the head stage.
