Sterilization Self Seal Pouches

We are involved in offering an extensive range of sterilization medical grade self seal flat pouches. We ensure to manufacture them using 70 GSM medical grade paper (MGP).  Further, these are sealed from three sides with multi layered 56 GSM laminated cast poly propylene (MLCPP). The chevron (V-shaped) or straight lined head at the bottom provides the shape to the pouch, which is open from topside. To seal the pouch after inserting the product these are provided with self adhesive tape.  These are available in lable printing with customized sizes with or without color changing chemical indicators of steam and ETO.

We have expertise in offering a wide range of sterilization tyvek flat pouches, which is manufactured using 1073B tyvek. These are sealed from all three sides with multi layered laminated polyproplyne (MLPP). In addition, the chevron (v-shaped) or straight lined head is provided in the bottom to give pouch a shape leaving them open from topside. The self adhesive tape helps to seal the pouch after inserting the product. We offer them in customized sizes with or without color changing chemical indicators of steam and ETO. Further, the labels in the pouch can be printed as per the specifications provided by pour clients.
