All our Garments are made with Enzyme Bio-Polishing process which not only makes the fabric glossier and bright-colored, but also with a very soft finished garment. We have a well-facilitated manufacturing unit, equipped with state-of-the-art modern machineries and a properly working manufacturing plant. The various machines installed in it for the garments making primarily includes machines like knitting machines, over lock sewing & stitching machines, dyeing machines, compacting machines, embroidery machines, cutting machines etc.
We have also installed Quality Check machines for the purpose of maintaining the quality standards. A wide area is dedicated for manufacturing where we produce 10 tonnes of hosiery garments per month. For all the operations, we periodically check and recheck the machinery to ensure they are in proper working condition or not.
All fabrics are made in computerized soft flow machines with AZO free eco-friendly dyes.
For the purpose of safety , we collect the every piece of broken needle and maintain a record by pasting and keeping them safely in a notebook.

The yarn procurement is the very basic stage of cloth manufacturing. The fabric as well as the finished products too depend upon the quality of yarn, especially in case of the knitted garments. The production of yarn goes through a series of processes, which gives the end product-the fabric. Quality fabric is the product of quality yarn. And the quality of yarn depends on many factors like the variety of fiber, properties of fiber, method of preparation, spinning system, type of spinning equipment etc. The quality of yarn is very important in maintaining the fabric appearance and the efficiency in knitting. So, we take every effort to use the best quality hosiery yarn by passing it through various tests to ascertain quality authentication.

Maintaining Quality standards is our main concern. For that, we use A-grade fabrics for our garments industry. To maintain the standards of the product on the parameters mentioned by the company, we check all the products again and again to ensure all the raw materials are chosen with utmost care and then perfectly cut and stitched. We assure perfection in design and finish with all our products. Here, every Garment is ensured to metal detection process before the dispatch. All our products are checked well by our personnels before dispatch for faults or stitching defects, conform to International standards in Human Resource Practices and adopt Eco- friendly standards in production.

We use finest grade fabrics for our garments industry. Quality products delivery is our main concern. The raw materials are chosen with utmost care and then perfectly cut and stitched. We assure perfections in design and finish with all our products. All our products are checked well to insure that all the finished goods are having no faults and are properly stitched. We check all the raw materials and all the components used to fabricate the knitwear are passed through number of tests prior the production followed in the production stage too. Aided with sophisticated technical facilities, we are able to support and monitor new ways for virtually ZERO-DEFECT processes. The grey fabrics are tested for GSM, i.e., fabric strength. Unevenness, Foreign Fibers, Neps and other required parameters in which we check the quality of the fabric. Dyed, printed & processed fabrics are tested against strict Quality Control measures including AZO-FREE and toxic chemicals.

We also keep Waffle, Bubble Herringbone, Ottoman Fabrics, available in Grey Peroxide & Bleached, Mercerized, Dyed & Printed as per the requirement of the clients.
