These have steam rotary valves, Gearbox, Drive motor, Bearings and Scraper blade assemblies that serve the purpose of scraping material that is found dried on drum surface. These components are mounted on base frames and Conveyor. Customized dryers are also available as the client desires.

The expansion Joints that we manufacture are efficient and durable. These are used for absorbing expansion in the Pipe Line caused by heat. They also serve the purpose of absorption of all axial movements & vibrations that are caused by pumps & other equipments. The thickness and construction can be varied as per the pressure rating. We also agree to fabricate these as per the clients’ specifications.

We offer incinerators that find applications in diverse industries. These waste incinerator are extensively used to tackle the problem of hazardous toxic wastes that are generated in hospital, chemical process, pesticide sprays and insecticides sprays. The incinerators are available in many sizes and specifications and we also fabricate them as per the client’s industrial requirement. We manufacture multi leaf expansion joints that are made of the finest stainless steel that is procured after checking of parameters. These joints have Flexible bellows that are mechanically fastened to metal nailing flanges. We manufacture these making use of hi tech machines and make sure that these are industrially apt.

We offer Non IBR boilers that have excellent finish and rugged construction. These are available in more than one variety. The body comprises of three pass, oil fired non-IBR steam boiler, which offers automatic system supporting ease of operation and maintenance. It has features such as higher efficiency and instant steam generation. These boilers are also fitted with all safety tools and instruments to ensure safe usage and durability. We customize these as per the clients’ requirements on various parameters.

We manufacture a wide variety of double wall Paint Booths that have White vinyl finish interior, two stage pre filtration units, 2-row pit dry filtration along with a Stainless steel heat exchanger and indirect fired burner. We also offer Paint Booths with 3-door frontal that has windows. These also have light fixtures with inside access standard and energy efficient; these are also fitted with electric ballast and full filtered ceiling. We also fabricate these as per the requirement of our clients.

We manufacture vast variety of stainless steel expansion joints that are absolutely apt for industrial usage by many industries. Certain factors that make a difference to the construction are values of movement, pressure and temperature. This is considered the optimum technical and cost-saving solution. The characteristics of an expansion joint are based on the flexibility of bellows and internal sleeves, which we also customize as per the clients specifications.
