The GAMMARS International (India) Group of Companies was incorporated in 1999 and since then has built a loyal clientele across the globe by providing consistently high quality product and service to our customers. Ours is a home product from India where 1,40,000 animals are reared every year by our supplier associates in a clean & green environment.
The company offers all kind of finest quality Halal Meat and Meat Products under its premium brand ‘AL-AKBAR’. Our product range includes Beef, Veal, Goat, Lamb Meat and Offal as well as high quality Indian Table Eggs under its ‘MnM’ brand which are sought after by retailers, wholesalers, caterers, manufacturers of animal by product and pharmaceutical processors.
We adhere to the comprehensive quality and hygienic slaughtering assurance as enforced by the APEDA (Agricultural & Processed Food Products Export Development Authority) as well as the Shari’a Law strictly under the supervision of Muslim Jammiatul Ulema-e-Hind for Halal Procedure and also certified by the Veterinary Health Department here in India. Our focus is to maintain and produce Meat products under religious slaughtering, quality, testing, labeling and licensing. We work closely with buyers to ensure we meet the diverse expectation of each market and tailor products to satisfy specific request.
The de-boned and de-glanded frozen meat is packed under hygienically and modernized processing unit in Food Grade Polythene and then in Sea Worthy Cartons of different weight as per buyer’s specification.

| We have a
sound and spacious warehouse with a capacity of 150 units enabling us to store
bulk quantities of our food items safely and hygienically. In order to preserve
the nutritional content and freshness of fruits and vegetables we maintain the
required temperature to prevent it from being rotten. To retain the natural flavor, texture and nutritional value of meat, we store it in refrigerated conditions. It is also transported in cold storage cantors to prevent spoilage from bacteria. To keep with our product’s impeccable quality, we make use of food grade packaging material to package all the food products because of their perishable nature. We use cryovac packs for avoiding moisture from the edibles. The whole lots are packaged using corrugated boxes and cartons, so that there is no spoilage during transit. |
