Quality Policy

Alan Bright Steel applies a management system for control of quality and environmental matters based on the ISO 9001 system. The quality assurance system covers the entire production chain. Our online process control systems quickly correct any defects that may occur production.

We provide Raw Material certificates and Finished Bar certificates with all our deliveries. The scope of the certificate can be determined when the order is placed.

We operate a sophisticated laboratory for chemical analysis and metallurgical testing, which includes the following equipment, among others :

• UTM and Hardness Testing Machine
• Magnetic Particle Inspection Machine
• Eddie Current Flaw Detector and Ultrasonic equipment for non-destructive testing
• Metallurgical Microscope
