About UsWe manufacture agrowaste fired, three-pass, fully wet-back, smoke-tube boilers with particular attention to the furnace smoke-tube diameters, projections and the method of tube fitting into the wet-back combustion chamber tube-plate.
The heating surface consists of the furnace, the combustion chamber, smoke tubes and the wet-back rear plate which ensures long life and eliminates expensive brickwork. The only brickwork required is a small amount, to form the bridge at the rear end of the grate. This considerably reduces the installation and maintenance costs, when compared with the dry-back or the semi-wet-back type boilers.
Our range of stream boilers are available on package form. Each package boiler is complete on base with stationary grates, mountings, set of induced-draught fan, two sets of feed pumps, water level controls,insulated with metal claddings and all other nesscary safety devices.
Our work at Ahmedabad, manufactures the streamboilers with strict adherance to the IBR, class-1 code, which exceeds ISOspecifications, in all respects. Our boilers conform to the IBR act 1950, with latest ammendment. We ensure quality control right from raw-material purchase to despatch, resulting in a super-economic, fine quality product. The boilers are elligible for 100% depreciation. For boilers above 8 tonnes per hour stream generation capacity, mechanical firing like chain grate system, low ram stroker in the furnace and fluidized bed firing system in external furnace can be provided. Manual firing system in practice and is economical for boilers below 8 tonnes per hour stream generation capacity. |
