Executive/ Sr. Executive /Manager- Sales & Marketing: (Lubricants)

 

Executive / Sr. Executive / Manager- Sales & Marketing: (Exp: 1- 5 yrs.)

Should be Diploma/Degree in engineering with minimum 1-5 years of Industrial selling experience.

(BSc with relevant experience can also be considered).

Preferably from Molykote (Dow corning)/ OKS / ROCOL / Stanvac / Molygraph (Anand engineers)/ Thortex / Mosil / CVC / Anabond / Loctite/Devcon/Belzona/3M abrasives / Superon.

Must have good presentation skill & technically sound.

Must be willing to work in variable pay from 85 % to 130 % from April 2011.

Good Communication skills, Ready to accept challenges, aggressive outlook

Should be able to take full responsibility for the assigned area.

Good experience in marketing of industrial lubricants and providing technical services to the customers. 

Working with OEMs and Govt. bodies for product approvals related with specific applications.

To arrange successful field trials for various customer application.

Capability to achieve aggressive marketing plans directly and through channel management. 

Developing marketing plans and strategies & their implementation. 

Good technical skills and problem solving abilities. 

Excellent communication skills & Ability to communicate in local languages preferable. 

Should Study the industrial requirement and market potential.

To identify & be responsible for new business developments.

To create account plan for each large opportunity.

To assist establishing a goal of being recognized as the technically qualified and best rated vendor.
