We are the pioneers in the designing and setting up of captive formaldehyde plants in India. We use an indigenuously devised technology which we have cultivated over one and a half decades of our operations. It is instrumental in cost effective production of formaldehyde in India. Salient features of formaldehyde plants designed and set up by us are: - The setting up of the plant requires minimum preliminary investment and low on running costs.
- The plants are capable of giving high yields of Methanol to Formaldehyde, i.e. 445 Kgs. of Methanol to 1000 Kgs. Formaldehyde with 1.0 % free Methanol in the product.
- Low power consumption only 30 KW per ton of Formaldehyde produced.
- Imported steam is required only for start up of plant and shutdown within 6 hours thus cutting down on future operating costs and reduce the overall cost.
- Acidity content in the final products is low, less than 0.01%.

Aldehydes India has successfully commissioned plant up to 100 MT per day and have the expertise and capability of setting up plants up to 200 MT per day.The performance of the plants designed by us gives far better results than guaranteed with free methanol content <1 % in 37% Formaldehyde without the help of any distillation plant or OFF GAS Recycle.The Formaldehyde plants being designed by us offers some very attractive features like: - Highly economical and low investment

Over the period of last one and half decades, we have improvised and developed an indigenous technology of Hexamine manufacturing which is extremely cost effective and easy to implement. The impressive characteristics of our methodology in the manufacture of Hexamine are: - The plant outlay is highly economical and involves low initial investment.
- Plants designed by us have a high yield of Methanol to Hexamine i.e.1550 Kg of Methanol to 1000 Kg of Hexamine.
- Low consumption of Ammonia i.e. 515 Kg per ton of Hexamine.
- Economical power consumption of only 350 KW per ton of Hexamine produced.
