We use an indigenuously devised technology which we have cultivated over one and a half decades of our operations. It is instrumental in cost effective production of formaldehyde in India. Salient features of formaldehyde plants designed and set up by us are: - The setting up of the plant requires minimum preliminary investment and low on running costs.
- The plants are capable of giving high yields of Methanol to Formaldehyde, i.e. 445 Kgs. of Methanol to 1000 Kgs. Formaldehyde with 1.0 % free Methanol in the product.
- Low power consumption only 30 KW per ton of Formaldehyde produced.
- Imported steam is required only for start up of plant and shutdown within 6 hours thus cutting down on future operating costs and reduce the overall cost.
- Acidity content in the final products is low, less than 0.01%.
