Right from its inception to date, Alfabyte Enterprises has evolved to become a solution provider for computer sales, maintenance services and annual maintenance contracts. The variety of fields our customers come from has moulded us into understanding the requirements of the customer better.
To date we have grown to become a company with a database of nearly 400 to 450 end customers (home sector), renowned Educational Institutions in our vicinity, BPO and Corporate offices.
Though maintenance is our primary activity we also deal in assembled, branded laptop¿s, branded desktops, notebooks and thin-clients. Solutions provided by us include networking wireless and wired for homes and offices. We are dealers registered with the Compaq Expert Organization program.
We have realized that this era is dedicated to the service industry. Our strategy is to restrict ourselves to the domain of our vicinity so as to provide prompt service to our esteemed customers.
We strive to provide minimum of downtime to our clients by providing them replacement peripherals when possible so that their work does not get hindered. We are constantly upgrading ourselves to the latest Technologies and Market trends to enable us to serve our clients in a better manner.
