With rich expertise in the industry, we are manufacturing a wide range of Air Washer that produces effective cooling by natural process. The water is spread on the media or cellulose pad and fresh out side air gets filtered through the saturated media that is cooled by evaporation and circulated by a suitable size blower. Our offered washers maintains (28°c-35°c) temperature inside, when outer temperature is 40°-45 °C with minimum humidity.

Casing

We are offering Casing of tower that is manufactured of quality fiber glass reinforced plastic/wooden and is designed in bottled and square type for long life. These casing are resistant to water borne contamination and strong wind velocity and are appreciated for attractive looks and minimum running maintenance. Further, an additional embossing is provided for extra strength in case of large capacity.

PVC Fill

Our pre-eminent quality of PVC Fill is constructed in honey comb design to increase surface area, splits incoming air and water into several streams spread equally across the tower cross section.

Water Basin

The offered range of Water Basin is completely leak proof water basin which avoids spillage and seepage of water. It is of deep sump to ensure maximum water level at all times and made of FRP with additional reinforcement in large size to take care of extra water weight.

Sprinkler

We are offering Sprinkler that rotates by self-propulsion and gives uniform distribution of water without any pressure over the honeycomb fill. The head side includes ball bearing to ensure smooth movement and reduces maintenance.
