Established in the year 1982, we are a reputed manufacturer and exporter of a wide range of handmade soaps, bath soaps & herbal toiletries. Starting with a modest beginning, today, we have come a long way and have established our presence across the globe with a turnover of about 2.5 crore per annum. Under the guidance and support of Mr. Tushar Savla, our Director, we have made commendable progress in the soap industry. Our products range include laundry soap/ washing soap/ multi-purpose soap, bath soap / toilet soap and herbal soap.

Empowered with sophisticated technology and advanced production machines, we are capable of meeting the different specifications of our clients. Through our intensive R & D efforts and support of our pool of professionals, we constantly innovate and come up with new products at times to meet the emerging market demands.

	We manufacture a wide range of soaps and toiletries that have high cleaning properties and are 100% animal fat free. 	Infrastructure
	We have state-of- the art infrastructure spread in the area of 6000 Sq. ft., which is equipped with high end machines to manufacture our range of soaps. Our manufacturing unit is backed by trained personnel, who have knowledge regarding the production process and are also well versed with the functioning of the machines as well. Some of the machines, which we have installed in our manufacturing unit are: Plodder Vaccum Chamber Bar Cutting Machines Special Mixers We also have got the necessary expertise to produce soaps from oil to finish and auto wrap 60 pieces of the finished product per minute. These machines are kept upgraded from time to time to ensure high productivity and efficiency levels.

	Quality
	Considering quality as the most important aspect of our process, we ensure that we leave no loopholes for any kind of flaws. We have an in house laboratory facility for basic quality testing of all products, where all our products are throughly checked to detect any defect or for presence of any harmful ingredients in them. We manufacture various soaps and detergents under strict supervision and control. Our quality controllers ensure that the soaps and detergents are developed with right base, fragrance, colour and above all most importantly "The Quality Packaging". Our quality managers keep a complete track on the production process to make sure that our products should be as per requirements.

	Research and Development
	We are engaged in intensive research and development work as well. Our specialists in this department often innovate and come up with new products that yield higher output to the clients. Empowered with latest quality testing equipment and tools, they often conduct experiments with new fragrances and colours. Our R & D experts also conducts market researches on new developments in the soap industry, market demands and also about the performance of our products in the market. This research helps us to come up with new products and upgrade our production capacity.

	Packaging
	We provide customized packaging solutions to our clients as per their requirements and specifications. Packaging plays an important part in attracting clients. Hence we ensure that our products are available in attractive packs and in various vibrant colours. Using advanced packaging techniques and machines, we offer our soaps in packs depending upon the kind of soap and the specifications provided by our clients. Herbal soaps, bath soaps and cakes are packed in attractive paper boxes and wrappers and then packed in poly packs and strong corrugated cartoons that are durable and are properly sealed. We also provide private labelling services to our clients.
