Torque wrenches instead of replacement can be repaired, if the error of the tool is beyond the acceptable limits in calibration then the tool needs to be repaired. If any spare is damaged, it can be replaced or repaired. Torque wrench is an expensive tool. Hence instead of replacing the tool it can be repaired as the cost of repairing does not exceeds above 30% of the cost of the tool.
