We are a part of the renowned Alidhra Group Of Companies. It was established in 1982 by the visionary Mr. Vallabhbhai S. Thumar, a qualified mechanical engineer. Promoted in the year 2000 as an offshoot of this organization, we are engaged in designing & developing international standard textile machines that are renowned for their technical superiority, performance, ease-of-handling and low maintenance.

The different machines available with us are: rapier looms, water jet looms, filament yarn two-for-one twisters, spun yarn two-for-one twisters, thread doubling & crepe texturising two-for-one twisters and air jet looms. We are proud to be the only large textile machinery manufacturer who have the expertise to manufacture these machines. Empowered with highly talented manpower, our managers & engineers hail from IITs & NITs and always look towards future and provide an effective solution.

We also offer everything pertaining to the textile Industry from fiber to fashion, techno-commercial agricultural research & development activities, etc., with core interests in yarns, fabrics & mainly machineries. At present, our annual turnover is in excess of Rs.80 crores (18 million US Dollars).


Research & Development
Our R&D program is driven by an urge to create innovative solutions enabling our customer to achieve better and higher stability, reliability and profitability through our designed products. With a dedicated and highly experienced team of design engineers, we incorporate CAM/ CAM/ CAE into our research and development cycles and every concept is designed developed & simulated virtually before passing it out for a physical prototype.

We, at our R&D department also follow Finite Element Analysis, to incorporate reliability dynamics in our products and machines. We also emphasis on in-process inspection and with controlled planning the ratio of material rejection is downsized to the considerable extent. Following our exclusive R&D programs, we at Alidhra continuously make efforts to make our products highly innovative and meet clients' specific requirements.

Quality Control
Having vast experience in this industry, we are a quality-oriented manufacturer and develop the best quality products. Quality of a product depends on its ability to withstand constant use over a long period of time. Therefore at Alidhra, through our quality measures & with well-equipped R&D labs, we make sure to put every idea through rigorous tests of time effect studies. Effects of vibrations on bearing loads over time, effects of constant bearing loads over time, & effects of wear-n-tear due to vibrations over time are just few of the parameters that are studied in depth to create a product.

We are one of the few names in this industry, to implement Finite Element Analysis. Through our Finite Element Analysis, we try to simulate the effects of real loads and stresses acting upon our products. It also helps us to understand the effects and causes of failures due to uneven distribution of load factors.

Our free flow of knowledge & exchange of ideas ensure that all the inquiries related to the field of textile twisting and weaving will be successfully met by our engineers.

We are one of the few counted names to offer customer training & spare part service to our elite customers. Keeping customer’s delight at the core of our business, we also offer ‘Shadow Training’ for operations and maintenance personnel in the following fields:

• Operation, tuning and adjustment
• Maintenance and repair

We also offer on-site training to all our customers during the installation and commissioning of our machines.
