Inward material Testing Process:
The basic raw material we utilize for manufacturing of enameled winding wires are continuous cast copper rods, enamel varnish & thinners. Copper rods used are of high quality with 99.99% purity and can be provided as per IS 12444 88, ASIM:BB-49-92 and other industry relevant standards. Relevant Test Certificates are issued by the Supplier accompanied with each consignment.
Copper Rods:
The Copper Rods used are made to undergo essential tests like Electrical Conductivity, Tensile Strength and Resistivity. These are carried at our in-house laboratory to ascertain the quality of the material used in production.
Enamel Varnish & Thinner:
Further, the Enamel Varnish & Thinner used by us in the process is as per IS Specifications and is accompanied with Test Reports. Intensive Quality tests like Solid Contents & Viscosity are also carried out on them at our own lab.

Packaging Standards Followed
We also ensure that the quality standards delivered by us is also maintained in the offered packaging as well. For this, the finished products are fed to reels specified in the production indent. The reels after undergoing final testing of the product are wrapped with corrugated paper & then bound with tape. Further, wooden pieces are also taped tightly on the outer surface that take care of ensuring no damages to the product while in transit.
Export Packing
We also meet the demands of export packaging where the reels are placed on chemically treated wooden pallets that are covered with ply sheets & edge boards. These are further stripped with metal strips and are printed with packing list & destination on the box.
