eligibility criteria
duration : - cpl- 06 months (for ground classes only)
qualification : - intermediate (10 + 2) with p. C. M
age : - 17 years and above
ground subjects-
student will be given training for dgca examination in the following subjects as required.
1) air regulations
ø aerodrome search and rescue
ø rules concerning air-transmission, custom etc.
ø knowledge of communication & navigational facilities.
ø rules of the air, airspace organization
ø aerodromes and lighting.
2) air navigation, general and flight planning.
ø theoretical navigation
ø practical navigation
3) air meteorology
ø basic knowledge of aviation
ø weather codes and plotting
ø elementary synoptic meteorology excluding interpretation.
