Allied Minerals Industries Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in the year 2005. The main and the foremost motive of the company on its incorporation was to take over the business of M/S Allied Minerals and Industries a Proprietary concern started by Mr. B. D. Gautam in the year 1994.

Since incorporation, Allied Minerals Industries has boomed its production capacity in an immense way by mechanizing the production process to its optimum capacity.
Currently company is using Rotary-Kiln and Shaft-Kiln for Calcining High Alumina Diaspore, Pyrophyllite, Bauxite and Bauxitic Clay. Making material that retains its strength at high temperature.
