Process Calibration

Our offerings include highly reliable and compact APC 1000 Universal Calibrators. They are mainly used for calibration of different 0 process control instruments. These handheld calibrators operate on battery and have a portable source & sink. These low power consuming equipment have a 4.5 digit LCD, which provides indications for various conditions such as low battery, over range and polarity. We make accessible for our clients OCM 140 Multifunction Calibrator, widely appreciated for its high calibration capacity. It is bus compatible, which assists in precise generation of DC and AC currents up to 20 Ampere. Further, it has different output ports which include GPIB, IEEE488 and RS 232 with digital camera for automatic calibration. They can be used for calibrating nickel and platinum RTDs, thermocouples, resistors, capacitors and frequencies.

We offer our clients OCM 502 hand-held PROCESS HANDLED CALIBRATOR, which comes equipped with a in-built multimeter for generation of currents of 0/4-20mA in either a source or a sink mode, and voltage from 0-10V. These calibrators have a self calibration process, which can be accessed through the keyboard. Powered from a rechargeable battery, which gives an uninterrupted power backup of 4 to 5 hours, these calibrators can measure external voltages ±2V, ±20V or ±200V (firm ranges or auto range) or currents up to ±100m while it generates the signal. 

We are engaged in supplying OCM 103 Three Phase Calibrator, used for accurate calibration of various power and energy measuring electronic instruments, voltage and ampere meters & phase meters among others. Further, these bus compatible instruments are also used for calibrating integrators and power transmitters, while finding application in laboratories, design and service departments and other institutions, which have to regularly calibrate their equipment as per the internal quality certification system. 

OCM 500B

We are offering our clients high quality OCM 500B Impedance Calibrator. It comprises nine resistor standards ranging from 100 milli ohms to 10 mega ohms and seven capacitor standards between 1 mH and 10 H with each division of a decade. Used as a laboratory instrument for calibration of RLC bridges, it can be operated with an on-board keyboard at the front, and is protected against unauthorized entry by a strong password system. it uses a 4 wire BNC connector for interfacing with other devices. Further, each function can be controlled by the GPIB bus. 

OCM 150S

Clients can avail from high precision OCM 150 S AC and DC Current Calibrator, which is used for a current range of 9 A to 105 A, with a 6 selectable frequency settings. A 4.5 digit resolution facilitates accurate setting of output current, using external control signals with help from control input. The output form is identical to that of the control signal. Further, using an optional current coil, one can boost the output current up to 1000 A. An on-board keyboard provided at the front of the unit and the GPIB dat bus helps in setting of the output parameters. 

OCM 109R

We make available for our clients a quality tested range of OCM 109R High Resistance Decade-box, used for testing and calibration of Mega ohmmeters and instruments used for testing of isolations resistances. These four digit decade box are supplied with an internal rechargeable battery. Further, a serial RS232 data port and 1 Mega ohm switches are provided at the front of the unit for setting the decade. These instruments run on 5Kilo volt maximum and also find use for measuring of input impedances of signal conditioners. 

We are offering our clients highly stable OCM 520 Capacitance Decade. These are appreciated for providing reliable and precise output, and can be set using the five decade switches provided at the front or using the serial data port. The values are in the range of 100pF to 12uF with a five digit resolution. These decades come with a soft manager running on windows for remote operation.

Our CALYS 5 In Site Tester Calibrator is specially designed for maintenance and calibration of physical quantities either in laboratories or on site as per the usage requirements. These are capable of measuring temperature, resistance, DC voltage, current, simulate thermocouples and RTDs. They come equipped with an in-built memory, and an interchangeable battery, which quick charges to its full capacity just within 3 hours. The battery provides a power backup of about 10 hours. Further, the calibrator has support for many languages and 20000 points in simulation. Reading can be obtained on the display through an analog output. It presents the clients with an advantage of two instruments i.e a tester and a calibrator packed in one single stand alone unit. 

We are providing our clients PJ 6301 Hgh Accuracy Tester, which is primarily used for measuring and simulating process signals. It has been designed as per the latest industrial standards, and includes the facility of simultaneous input and output. Offering outstanding performance, these instruments can be used by either easy manual setup or by computer controlled operation for automatic test application. It offers 50 ppm accuracy and has a RS 232/IEEE488 programmable facility, along with a menu driven design for easy use.
