Temperature Calibration

Using highest grade of raw material we are able to manufacture superior quality Fluidized Bed Temperature Calibrators (temp. bath) series ATCAL 2000. Our manufactured baths are not only suitable for laboratories but can also be used efficiently for on site calibration. We use pure alumina powder in this bath, which on being fluidized acts as a medium. On being heated, this medium is used for calibration. Some of the special features of these calibrators are:

• Uniformity is ±1ºC
• Stability of these calibration baths is ±0.1ºC
• Resolution 1ºC
• Accuracy is ±0.1% FSD + 1 digit

Depending on their temperature range we have further divided them into three models which includes:

• ATCAL2001 FLUIDCAL having range between 600 Amp. to 600ºC
• ATCAL2001 FLUIDCAL with a range between 900 Amp. to 900ºC
• ATCAL2001 FLUIDCAL having range between 1100 Amp. to 1100ºC

Our gamut of products includes Tubecal” Temperature Calibration Furnace Series, which comprises a high Alumina Tube wool uniformly wrapped around a heating element from outside, and insulated by ceramic wood. A precision PID controller regulates the operation of this furnace. The stability can be further enhanced by incorporating an insert in the tube with multiple holes which effectively acts as an efficient medium. The furnace has a stability of ±0.5ºC, uniformity of ±1ºC, resolution of 1ºC and accuracy of ±0.5% of FSD. We make available three different models inclusive of:

• ATCAL 3001 TUBECAL- 600, having range between 200⁰C and 600ºC
• ATCAL 3001A TUBECAL- 900, having range between 300⁰C and 900ºC
• ATCAL 3001B TUBECAL-1200, having range between 500⁰C and 1200ºC

With the help of the skilled expertise of our efficient team of professionals, we develop premium quality Liquid Circulations Tubes. Used with water in Aquacal, oil in Hydrocal and crushed ice in Zerocal, these baths have a great temperature stability and offer high resolution output. Each model has its own stability such as ±0.2ºC in Aquacal and ±0.5ºC in Hydrocal. Further, the resolution in Zerocal is ±1ºC and in Aquacal and Hydrocal it is ±1ºC. The temperature uniformity, which is an important parameter is ±0.3ºC in Aquacal and ±0.5ºC in Hydrocal. The accuracy in Zerocal is ±0.1ºC FSD. Clients can avail from us these baths in three different models as per their usage requirements:

• ATCAL 4001 AQUACAL- water bath with range from ambient temperature to 100ºC
• ATCAL 4001A HYDROCAL- oil bath with range from Ambient temperature to 200ºC
• ATCAL 4001B ZEROCAL- ice bath at 0ºC 

We are presenting our clients ATCAL 8000 Temperature Test Benches, which are used to calibrate/Test various kinds of temperature instruments inclusive of sensors, gauges, switches, indicators and transmitters among others. Their design includes different temperature sources, master instruments of desired accuracy and various types of power supplies to run the test instruments. Besides, a software and computer setup to automate the calibration can also be supplied along with these benches.
