We also offer liquid burnt sugar which is a light brown powder with a good yellowish hue & an excellent flavour profile of Caramel. This product is highly hygroscopic & therefore should be used immediately after opening the plastic bag. Our manufactured colour additives meets all the standards and specifications for caramel as requested by Health Authorities and the Bureau of Indian Standards - IS : 4467.

Alvin's burnt sugar BS- 250 is a liquid product with both colouring & mild flavouring profile manufactured by using plain crystalline sugar without any addition of catalysts. Crystalline sugar is gradually transformed into liquid.
