Alwaye Load Selectors (ALS) was established in 1997 at Bangalore, as the third manufacturing facility of The Alwaye Group of Industries. ALS specializes in the Design, Manufacturing and Supply of Off Circuit Tap Switches and Off Circuit Voltage Changeover Switches, for the global transformer industry, and have come to being identified as the country’s leading manufacturer and solution provider in the area of our specialization.
The Alwaye Group of Industries consists of M/s Alwaye Engineering Works, M/s Alwaye Industrial Engineering Services and M/s Alwaye Load Selectors, the first two units situated at Aluva, the industrial town of Kerala, and the third one at Bangalore. Between the three units, we have an extensive range of Off Circuit Tap Switches, Off Circuit Voltage Changeover Switches, Star Delta Switches and On Load Tap Changers, off circuit tap switch - linear type, off circuit tap switch - rotary side base type, off circuit tap switch - rotary tie rod type.
The Group currently caters to a wide range of customers – both in Distribution Transformer as well as Power Transformer sector – across fifteen countries. We currently enjoy the “Preffered Supplier” status with many our reputed customers.
Today, the ALWAYE Group of Industries - with three manufacturing facilities, a group strength of over 80 employees, around 40000 Sq. Ft of factory space, an adequate set of Machinery and Testing Equipments, and ably supported by over 100 Subcontractors/Suppliers of repute – is confident of taking up design and development projects in our field of any magnitude with an assurance of making it a success.

Inspection & Testing
Alwaye Load Selectors is an ISO 9001 2008 Certified
manufacturer, and has clearly established systems, procedures and
methods for inspecting and testing the products manufactured at our
facility. The unit is equipped with adequate testing facilities
including High Voltage Test Kit and Contact Resistance Measurement Kit.
Every single job goes through stringent in-process inspection and final
inspection, to ensure that every unit possesses the quality levels our
customers expect us to deliver.

Design & Development
The Alwaye Group possesses a qualified and experienced set of design
engineers with an average industry experience of over fifteen years.
This team has been instrumental in the design and development of
various products that we currently manufacture and deal in.

Manufacturing
The manufacturing process at Alwaye Load Selectors is carried
out in a 10000 Sf Ft State of the Art manufacturing facility, which is
equipped with precision machinery and related equipments. The procedure
and systems employed are well established and qualified engineers
supervise the activities to ensure that every product that moves out of
the unit is of impeccable quality. |
