Are made of extruded aluminium section frames and panels of outer skin (powder coated) & inner skin (galvanized) bolted together . 25/50mm thick insulation (expanded polystyrene, poly urethane or fiberglass) sandwiched between skins to retain required temperature.
Basic unit (fan, coil & filter sections) can accommodate up to 6 row cooling or heating coils. Modular construction gives ease of adding on diff. Sections as per requirements like face & bypass damper, mixing chamber, humidifier section with\with out eliminators, filter section suitable for bag type, fine, hepa, or absolute filter etc.
Air handling units are suitable for 1500 cfm to 36,000 cfm with static pressure up to 6"/8" with single fan of 9" to 40" with forward curved blades or backward inclined blades. Fan & motor is mounted inside of the unit restrains from vibrations passing to unit & duct line.
Air tight doors provided for better access to equipments for maintenance. Outer or inner skin can be made of precoated steel, aluminium or stainless steel.
The sectionised constructed air handling units of diff. Sizes consists of fan section, coil section,filter section, damper section and made out of heavy gauge crca/gi sheets (properly reinforced with 'c' type channels ) duly coated with metal primer and synthetic enamel paint.
Fan section is having 1,2 or 3 multivane, forward curved, centrifugal blowers mounted on tabular shaft which runs in ball bearing sealed in rubber / steel pillo block, located out side of unit for easy maintenance. The whole assembly is statically and dynamic balanced for silent & vibration free performance. The condensate of cooling coils is drained through bottom of fan section ( condensate pan ) via 2" coupling provided on both sides. The sandwiched insulated tray can be supplied.
Coil section is having sufficient space to accommodate heating / cooling coils, having aluminum fins hydraulically rigidly bounded on copper tubes for better heat transfer.
Damper section is having opposed blade face and by-pass dampers to facilitate the finer volume control by connecting linkage, located out side of the unit for easy operation.
Filter section is having 50mm thick metallic filter( three/five layers of corrugated g. I. Wirenetting and two outside layers housed in g. I. Frames) hdp filtersalso available.
Single inlet single width type and double inlet double width type fans are having backward inclined blades to give 1500 cfm to 150000 cfm & press 6" to 8" w. G.
housing: side plate scroll and angle base frame from steel plate comprises the housing. Scroll is of designed shape to give max. Volume & pressure of air.
inlet cones: made out of steel plates and given smooth shape to glide the incoming air.
shaft: machined from cold rolled steel to fit hub and bearing.
impeller: heavy back plate machined hub, backward inclined blades and cones with rings welded to create bell mounted shape which gives smooth flow & low noise. Statically & dynamically balanced rotor eliminates vibrations.
bearings: reputed ball bearing are used for better performance.
different discharge direction and rotation can be arranged to the requirement of job. Rigid, robust and efficient fan are silent, vibration free and gives best performances.
Over-sided double skin drain pan with 15mm sandwiched insulation collecting condensate and drip from control valve and over sized drain connection are designed to keep maintenance simple and trouble free.
Return air plenum with 12mm thick filter available with bottom or rear air entry can be supplied on request.
