Aman Machine Tools (amt ) specialises in the manufacture, export and supply
of steel rolling mill plants on a turnkey basis. The company is engaged in
the manufacture of ferrous and non-ferrous steel re-rolling mill plants of
various capacities, EOT cranes and other machinery for steel plants, tube
mills, paper mills, cold rolling mills and other engineering plants.

Billet Shearing Machine
amt offers a wide range of billet shearing machines fabricated from
tested rolled plates. Our billet shearing machines are used to cut bloom and
billets. The drive gears are made from forged En-9/19/24 steel and the shaft
/ crank is forged from En-8/9 steel. The gunmetal bushes of the
billet-shearing machine are made of Brass copper alloys.

Gear Couplings
amt offers a variety of gear couplings that are used for
smooth Drive & preventing possible misalignment of the shafts. Gear
couplings are made from En-9 forged steel. The company offers gear couplings
that are suitable for 200mm PCD to 600mm PCD Steel Mills.

Forged Steel Gears
amt manufactures and supplies a wide range of oil tempered,
grinded and hardened gears made from forged En-8, 9, 24 steel.

Pinion Gear Boxes
amt pinion gear boxes have rigid steel fabricated housing,
designed to work efficiently at peak loads. The pinion gearboxes are
equipped with double helical gears made of En-9, 19, 24 quality Forged
steel. Pinion gear boxes are equipped with double oil seals on shaft
extensions, lubrication lines for the bearings and oil splash system for the
gears.

Reduction Gear Boxes (Single/Double Stage)
amt offers single, double and multi-stage reduction gear
boxes made of En-9, 19, 24 quality steel forgings. Our reduction gearboxes
are used for 200HP to 2,000HP drives, 150mm PCD to 600mm PCD mills and for
50rpm to 1500rpm rolling mills

Machines
amt offers various types of shearing machines that include
cold crop shears, scrap shears, hot end cutting shears, rotary shears,
flying shears and alligator shears. The shearing machines are used for
cutting splitted hot ends, cold bars and structurals.

Straightening Machines
The straightening machines offered by
amt are manufactured
out of steel fabricated structure and are available in 130mm roll centres to
550mm roll centres. The machines are available with Rolls of Chill &
En-31 & have a heavy-duty gear box for Drive and is most precise &
fast in operation.
» Rotary Shears
amt offers rotary shears ranging from 300mm PCD to 500mm
PCD. The rotary shears have a cutting capacity of 50mm² hot bars at 800°C
and operate at a speed of 12m/sec. The rotary shears are equipped with alloy
steel blades for automatically cutting split hot ends and finished bars.

Roller Entry Guide Boxes
amt supplies multiple roller entry guide boxes for precision applications.
The multiple roller entry guide boxes are available for
Bars/Rounds/TMT/Flats and other structurals
» E.O.T Cranes
amt design and fabricate E.O.T cranes, that feature steel
beams, electro-magnetic/E.H.T brakes and desktop control panels. Tested wire
ropes of Usha Martin or equally reputed manufacturers and hooks made of EN-9
steel are used in the manufacturing process. The critical components of the
cranes such as wire-ropes, chains, hooks, gears, motors and brakes are fully
tested, before being incorporated. The capacity of the cranes are tested at
150% of the loads, and the cranes are dispatched only if they fully conform
to specifications. We offer a standard guarantee of one year for any
manufacturing defects in our cranes.
Services We Offer
Commissioning of steel re-rolling plants
We install plants that are capable of rolling out channels, angles, plates,
hot strips, wire rods, etc in an efficient manner. The production capacity
of these plants vary from 10 tons a shift to 400 tons a shift. Manual,
semi-automatic or fully automatic versions of these plants are installed
depending on the requirements of clients and volume of production expected.
