Amar forgings was founded in 1984. We are an iso 9001:2008 certified company. We manufacture close die steel forgings from weights 400 grams to 19 kgs per component and upto 35 kgs in screw press forging (vertical forgings likes axles, bolts, and shafts head forging) in materials like mild steel (m. S. ), stainless steel (s. S. ), alloy steels, plain carbon steels. As per drawing, specifications and sample of the customer. we specialize in close die hot drop forging and closed die screw press forging.
we have in-house facility of die making/sinking, physical and chemical lab, heat treatment, shot blasting, and machining facility of forged components.
we can supply the forgings as forged, proof machined and in machined condition.
in year 2008 we started manufacturing biomass briquettes. Biomass briquettes are 100% environment friendly. They are a healthy and safe alternative for coal.
