Double walled construction fully made of Stainless steel 304Q inner made of thick gauge argon are wielded and grounded to smooth bur free finish. Top cover is die pressed to domed shape. Supporting flange is made of stainless steel flat. Autoclave is supported on thick stainless steel sturdy legs.

Antibiotic Zone Reader determines the strength of antibiotic materials by measuring diameter of 0 to 80.0 mm of inhibited zone in petri dish.

Agat in petri dish is inculated with bacteria. Then sensitivity disc are dispensed on to dish. After incubation, bacterial growth cover disc except circulat inhibited zone. Zone diameter is function of antibiotic strength.

Light from base passes up through transparent & semitransparent portion of agar. Ajustable sliding rubber belt, facilitates positioning of dish relative to light source. Arc from one edge of the circle zone is adjusted tangent with line on viewing glass by slider knob. Puch zero switch to get the reading zero on digital display. Then the entire dish is to be moved by turning slider knob, until arc from opposite side of inhibit zone is brought tangent to same line. Take down the reading from the digital display.

We offer AC. 191 electric Bunsen burner to work as furnace for common use of laboratory test. Having temperature range of 800°c, these can be supplied with regulator to control the temperature manually. We also offer AC. 192 Crucible furnace for laboratory use, which gas maximum temperature range of 900°c to 1100°c. The chamber of these furnace are manufactures using quality molded refractory with heating elements wounded on outside. We also offer Muffle Furnace as per the requirements of our clients.

We manufacture hot air ovens and incubators using high grade material such as G.I, stainless steel, and brass. Temperature control and heating element:

• The temperature is controlled to within ±2°C by specially designed E.G.O. thermostat

• Fresh air entering through the bottom parts is preheated and uniformly distributed in working space
• Undue heating of material at the bottom is avoided
