Heat Exchanger (Condenser)
We offer a range of condenser type heat exchangers that are made from supreme quality glass which is used only to manufacture sophisticated laboratory. These condensers are widely used in chemical factories where genuine scientific experiments are undertaken under controlled environment. Durable in quality, these are available in various capacities and customized form based on the specifications as detailed by the clients.

Glass Immersion Heat Exchangers
We offer precision engineered glass immersion heat exchangers that are generally used to control exothermic reactions in glass vessels. During most of the applications, cooling water or steam is used in the coils that are necessarily immersed in the liquid once the procedure is over. The maximum pressure allowed in these coils is 3.0 bar. g. while differential pressure across the coils should be 3.0 bar. Mainly three models of these heat exchangers are available with us including HEM 6, HEM 9 and HES 9. HEM 6 is used is used in type R spherical vessels while HEM 9 and HES 9 are used in type E vessels. They can also be used in cylindrical vessels with DN 150 or 225 bottom outlet which is supplied only on special order.

Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers
Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers are particularly suitable for application where large heat transfer areas are required in relatively confined spaces :
Two basic versions are available :
- Single Pass
- Triple Pass(tube side)
Both versions are available with glass or mild steel shells in combination with glass tubes as standard. Consequently, there are four basic models.

Shell and tube heat exchangers can be supplied in wide variety of shell/tube/end fittings combinations of glass, exotic metals and fluroplastics to special order. Details of these will be supplied on request.
Shell and tube heat exchangers are designed for horizontal installation but can be supplied for vertical installation to special order.
Selection of Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers :
When selecting a shell and tube heat exchanger, the following design parameters should be considered :
- Inlet temperature on tube side : Tt
- Inlet temperature on shell side : Ts
- Differential pressure between tube side and shell side : P
- Pressure on tube side : Pt
- Pressure on shell side : Ps
