The Composite Hoses offered by us are manufactured using high quality fabric and film material, such as polypropylene, polyester and polyamide. Based on the Mandrel Wrapped Principle, these hoses have an inner wire spiral, upon which layers of fabric and film are wrapped, and bound with an external wire spiral. The hoses gain their pressure capability from the tension produced between the two wire spirals. The material to be used for the wires is decided on the basis of its application area. The wire can be coated with aluminum, galvanized steel or stainless steel.

The Vibrating Screens manufactured by us are made of spring steel, mild steel, GI wires & stainless steel, as per area of usage and level of endurance required. We design these screens in various mesh sizes of any diameter wire or rod, so that the individual requirements of the clients are satisfied. Their usage is in extreme and adverse conditions involve scalping, sizing or processing of different material like ores, crushed stones, sand, gravel, metallic & non-metallic minerals, coal slag and other heavy or abrasive material.
