Non Woven Polishing

We bring forth for our clients, matt polishing wheels that are available in unified and unitized forms. Unified matt polishing wheels are made of high temper nylon staple and are used for removing burl and imparting a smooth finish. Made by compressing multiple layer of non-woven web material & bonding them together to form a wheel, these matt polishing wheels give no blockage and offers good brightness to the work-piece. The unitized range has a layered construction with a selection of centre hole sizes and no core and is thus aggressive and durable. In these matt polishing tools, the edge of the web becomes cutting tools and the wheels are non-directional.

Our clients can avail from us, a flexible & strong range of non woven pads & rolls that are used with water or chemical solvent for light duty cleaning, finishing, polishing, deburring, buff & blend, removing dirt & overspray, scuffing, corrosion removal, rust removal and paint removal purposes. These non woven pads & rolls are available in hard, medium and fine material and are offered in the following sizes:

• Size of pads (W x L): 6M x 9 M or any customer specification

We have in store for our clients, a flexible and durable range of polishing discs that is used in grinding machines. Possessing the same feature as that of polishing wheels, these polishing discs are ideal for places where big machines are not convenient. Available in special white disc for matt and mirror polishing effects, these polishing discs are applicable for weld cleaning and blending and matt polishing treatment in stainless steel.
