Dry Heat Sterilizer | We are one of the distinguished manufacturers of a comprehensive range of Dry Heat Sterilizers that is manufactured utilizing high grade stainless steel of 316 grades and thus considered better than that of steam sterilizers. Autoclave And Steam Sterilizer | We are engaged in manufacturing a wide range of Autoclave & Steam sterilizer that is sturdy in construction as it is manufactured using plates of appropriate thickness to prevent buckling under vacuum or bulging due to pressure. These fully automatic PLC base controls help in operating the system work pneumatically with actuated solenoid valves. The vacuum drying at the end of sterilizing hold period ensures drying of the material, which has been sterilized. Ethylene Oxide Gas Sterilizers | We are offering a wide range of Ethylene Oxide Gas and System Sterilizers that has been specifically designed for sterilization of products sensitive to high temperatures and to humidity. Our offered sterilizers are extensively used in disposable surgical products, para pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical industry, laboratories, hospitals and food processing industry for sterilization of powders that can be deteriorated by heating exposure. These are basically designed to make the sterilizers work under pressure (1.5 kg/cm2 + vacuum) with mixtures of ethylene oxide and carbon dioxide (usual composition 10% EtO + 90% Co2, 20% EtO + 80%Co2). The control systems that are mounted on autoclaves allow performing cycles, automatic control cycles according to type load, packaging and product placing inside the chamber. Moreover, the leak test cycle is offered for periodic testing of door integrity and pipeline connections & detecting leakage ampoule's. The HP HV cycle of the sterilizers with post vacuum pulses can be provided. Benefits: - Standard cycle operating pressure-1 bar to + 2 bar.
