Our ribbon blenders are specially designed for efficient mixing of powders, pastes and liquids in both continuous and batch processing. The application specific rotor mixing element design allows shorter batch cycle times due to increased mixing efficiency. The outer blades push the material to the center of the container and simultaneously inner blades pushes the material to either ends of the container. Moreover, the mixing vessels of the blenders are in standard U-shape or cylindrical and are provided with optional ASME Code designed jackets for heating or cooling applications.

We are offering a wide range of double Cone blender, which is considered as an efficient mixer for mixing dry powder and granulates homogeneously. The entire system is manufactured using stainless steel in which, two-thirds of the volume of the cone blender is filled to ensure proper mixing. While, the powder can be loaded into the cone through a wider opening, it can be discharged through a mucon valve or a slide valve. Owing to its high end features, it is widely used for pharmaceutical, food, chemical and cosmetic applications.

We are offering a wide range of ball mill that consists of cylindrical shell rotating on a horizontal axis mounted on a sturdy mild steel frame. Designed and developed utilizing mild steel, rubber lined and stainless steel, our mills are capable to withstand the rotational load of the mill charged with the grinding medium and the material to be processed. Moreover, openings are provided through which the grinding medium and the material that is to be processed can be loaded and discharged with ease. It is driven by a motor coupled to the reduction gear box along with a chain and sprocket arrangement or V belt. The working capacity of the mill can be calculated at 50% of the container capacity.

A tray Dryer is an enclosed insulated chamber in which trays are placed on top of each other in trolleys. Tray dryer are used where heating and drying are essential parts of manufacturing process in industries such as chemicals, dye stuff, pharmaceutical, food products, colours etc. The material to be dried either wet or solids are placed in the trays. Heat transfer is by circulation of hot air by electric heaters or steam in radiator coils. Blower fans are installed inside to ensure proper circulation and transfer of heat.
